It feels good to be back. I am still catching up on all the school programs from the last six weeks. It is delightful to see how much has been achieved. Thank you to Ms Connors for leading the school in my absence. Thank you to all the staff who have been in relieving leadership positions over this term.

The International Confederation of Principals in Toronto was a very moving experience, with speakers focusing on the role of education in building up societies after different crises. It has given me lots of ideas for our global leadership programs.

Executive conference. Last Sunday, Monday and Tuesday our executive planned our next three year targets and our next three year plan is nearly complete. Before it is finalised it will go to the parents and students for review and will then be the framework for our school programs for the next triennium.

State Deputy Principals Conference. Ms Connors and Ms St Louis attended this conference in Albury on Thursday and Friday this week to learn from cutting edge research and build more networks.
